Food for Thought – Getting ready for the winter ahead

 

Building off of our successful webinars with Ski Area Management magazine, John Ashworth and Regina Connell’s pieces on Proactive Evolution appeared in SAM’s special issue: Buckle Up (While Navigating Uncertain Times). In it, we share new Food and Beverage concepts for ski and do’s and don’ts in creating the best guest/visitor experience. 

 

 

The piece includes 5 fresh examples for snow-friendly food and beverage experiences called Food for Thought, along with results of research about consumer expectations and experience from the summer.
