Project Architect

Bull Stockwell Allen is seeking a talented, detail-oriented Project Architect to join our office in downtown San Francisco working on four-season hospitality, mountain resort, and recreation projects in inspired settings. The ideal candidate will have strong design development skills and will bring the ability to represent the firm and lead the design and production of $5 to $60M projects through the various stages of programming, planning, and construction. Other critical attributes include an innate ability to lead by example, dedication to long-term client relationships and exceptional communication skills.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop project design throughout different phases of development from programming through construction;
  • Use creativity and experience to conceptualize and problem solve;
  • Coordinate regularly with Clients, BSA Design Team and Consultants;
  • Participate in firm business development and interviews
  • Lead by example
  • Act as a mentor and design leader for team members

QUALIFICATIONS + REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 5 to 7+ years of experience after College/University
  • A bachelors or masters of architecture is required
  • Exceptional design and presentation skills
  • Proven leadership and interpersonal skills with team members, consultants and clients
  • REVIT proficient is a plus – we are an all REVIT office
  • Licensed architect preferred
  • LEED accreditation is preferred

Job Captain

Bull Stockwell Allen is looking for a Job Captain with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in San Francisco. You would be working as part of a collaborative team on the design and planning of four-season hospitality, resort and recreation projects throughout the country.

The ideal candidate will have strong design and documentation skills, be self-motivated, highly organized, have strong communications skills, the ability to wear many hats. You will bring the ability to contribute to a project’s success through the various stages of programming, planning, and construction to ensure quality delivery of our brand’s vision. This position will include internal and external client/consultant coordination and believe to provide exceptional service to build lasting relationships.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize REVIT to produce conceptual documents and presentations as well as complete sets of construction drawings
  • Work with team members and independently to problem solve design issues creatively and completely
  • Coordination of documents with project and consultant teams

QUALIFICATIONS + REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 3-5 years of experience after College/University on hospitality, recreation or multi-family residential projects
  • A bachelors or masters of architecture is required
  • Exceptional design skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills with team members, consultants and clients
  • Advanced REVIT skills preferred
  • LEED accreditation a plus
  • Working towards licensure preferred
