Bull Stockwell Allen’s design for Future State’s new 8,000 sf office, considers the firm’s vision for an adaptable and efficient workplace that fosters fresh thinking and innovation. The open plan design embodies this vision by offering a strong free-addressing mix of breakout rooms, free-form workstations and lounge flex spaces that can be arranged to adapt to the organization’s needs. A large kitchen/break area island serves as both as an informal work area and as a hub for events hosted at the office. The main conference room, a red cube at the heart of the office, is furnished with flexible pieces providing space for meetings or focused training sessions. The new office features ancillary furniture designed by local artisans and made from reclaimed wood and steel.
